Verifiable foundations for locally governed digital capability

CopperCloud Inc. is building the coordination and evidence layer for locally governed digital infrastructure. Today that means developer/pilot-grade orchestration, policy evaluation, refusal, signed evidence and offline verification with explicit not_proven boundaries. Its live public research surface is ZambiaMacro.

What exists now

The product spine

Workload → policy domain → policy pack → evaluation → route or refuse → evidence → receipt → verifier report. Active domains remain tightly scoped. Audit posture is demo/pilot/early-institutional — not archival-grade forensics.

What a counterparty can do

Inspect ZambiaMacro, read public verification boundaries, and request a current verification packet. Selected ZambiaMacro attestation artifacts have been verified offline with warnings; institutional claim was not permitted on those examples.

NISIR collaboration

CopperCloud and Zambia’s National Institute for Scientific and Industrial Research have signed a Letter of Intent and NDA (July 2026). An MOU is being finalised through the required Government approval process. A bounded first pilot is to be defined, with scientific review of the developing Zambia Energy Stress Engine proposed as the initial focus. NISIR has not validated, certified, approved or endorsed the engine’s methodology or forecasts.

Direction of travel

The verifier is CopperCloud's present trust wedge, not the limit of the company. Institutional systems create practical requirements for governed data custody, durable storage, hardware choices and compute. CopperCloud is designed to connect those requirements to policy-aware orchestration and, over time, to verified locally operated edge capacity.

The horizon is architectural direction, not a claim that a public node network or capacity market is operating. Participation, economics, field reliability and independent node verification remain to be proven.

Current limits

What CopperCloud is not

Not a standards authority, government body, production cloud provider, data-centre operator, or proven national compute exchange. Not a substitute for institutional compliance processes.

Governing sentence

Zambia is not the product. Zambia is the proof.
